Beyond the Garden Gate at Streetside Tea Room and Gifts
While owning and operating a giftshop in the area for several years, ladies would frequently comment while shopping how nice it would be to have a place for friends to gather. A tea room was more often than not the suggestion. The idea was planted and the vision began to grow. It would take several years, but I believe we have created that place. From the moment you enter the courtyard of the hotel that was built somewhere in the late 1800's and has been lovingly restored, you'll find yourself in a setting that is perfect for lunch with friends or lingering over a pot of tea and dessert. We want you to feel welcome to sit and enjoy the beautiful surroundings
while we do our best to make you feel "special".

Directions: If you're traveling North on 75 exit at #11 turn right at the third traffic light on Main Street (Ooltewah-Ringgold Rd). If you traveling South, exit at #11, turn left and continue until fourth traffic light and turn right. We are 1/4 mile on left. Turn left on Ocoee Street and left on College Street for parking in rear.
